WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City

Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain deed wherein the
•

Grantor, Griffith Company, a Corporation, grants to the City of
5
Newport Beach certain easements in and to the following described
6
real property located in the City of Newport Beach, Orange County,
7
California:

PARCEL "A"

An easement 4 feet in width lying Easterly of and adja-
cent to the Westerly lot lines of Lots 1184 to 1192 inclusive, and
the Southerly 32.5 feet of Lot 1183 as said lots and easements are

shown upon a Map of Tract No. 907 recorded in Book 28, pages 25 to
36 Inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Calif-

ornia.

PARCEL "B"

An easement 4 feet in width lying Northerly of and adjac-
ent to the Southerly line of Lot 1184 as shown upon said Map of

Tract No. 907.

PARCEL "C"

An easement 4 feet in width lying Northerly of and adjac-
ent to the Southerly lot lines of Lots 1193 to 1196 inclusive as

shown upon said Map of Tract No. 907.

An easement 4 feet in width lying Westerly of and adjac-
ent to the Easterly line of Lot 1195 as shown upon said Map of

erly of and adjacent to the Easterly and Northeasterly lines of

Lots 1211 to 1214 inclusive as shown upon said Map of Tract No. 90 .

An easement 4 feet in width lying Northeasterly and East-
erly of and adjacent to the Southwesterly and Westerly lot lines of

An easement 40 feet in width, the center line of said

easement is described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1192 as shown
upon a Map of Tract No. 907 recorded in Book 28,E pages 25 to 36

inclusive of IJliscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Calif-
ornia; thence North 890 151 30" East along the Southerly line of

said Tract No. 9070 20.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence,North 00 441 30" West along the center line of Via Oporto t
an intersection with the Southwesterly line of Via Lido as shown
upou,,said Map of Tract No. 907.

PARCEL "H"
An easement 35 feet in width, the center line of said
easement is described as follows:
Beginning at: the Southwest corner of Lot 1193 as shown
upon said Map of Tract No. 907; thence North 00 441 30" West along
the Westerly line of said Lot 1193 and the prolongation thereof,
107.50 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 890 15t 30
East along the center line of Via Malaga to an intersection with th
Southwesterly line of Via Lido as shown on said Map of Tract No. 90
PARCEL . "I"
An easement 20 feet in width being the same as that cer-
tain 20 foot all lying.adjacent to lots 1201 to 1208 inclusive
and lots 1211 to 1214 inclusive as shown upon a map of said Tract
No. 907.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach accept said deed of easement to the real
heretofore described, and that the City Clerk be, and he
is hereby instructed to record said deed of easement forthwith.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the
4th day of.February, 1946, by the following vote, to-wit:

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 3282 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
