RESOLUTION No. 3283
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Corporation Grant
Deed dated the 4th day of February, 1946, from Griffith Company,
a California Corporation, wherein said Griffith Company grants to
the City of Newport Beach all that certain real property situate
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of Califor-
nia, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
All that portion of Lot 3, Tract No. 1117 recorded
in Book 35, page 48 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange Oounty, California, and a portion of a
20 foot alley vacated by resolution No. 3280 adopted
by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach on
the 4th day of- February, 1946, described as follows;
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 3
in Tract No. 1117; running thence North 0° 44t.300
Nest along the east line of said Lot 3, 90.00 feet;
thence North 400 471 070 West, 170.97 feet to a
point in the Westerly line of that certain 20 foot
alley lying Westerly of said Lot 3 and vacated by
said Resolution No. 3280 of the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach; thence South 0° 441 30n East
along the Westerly line of said alley 220.89 feet to
the Southwesterly corner of Tract No. 907 as shown on
a map thereof recorded in Book 28, pages 25 to 36
inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California; thence North 890 15' 300 East
along the Southerly line of said Tract No. 907 and
said Lot 3, 110.00 feet to the point of beginning.
WHEREUPON Councilman T\e_ec, made a motion
duly seconded by Councilman ac er7 .and carried, that
said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of Newport Beach, and
the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with the Ooun-
ty Recorder of the County of Orange, State of California.
