• / 2 WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
3 Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain deed wherein the
• 4 Grantor, Griffith Company, a Corporation, grants to the City of
5 Newport Beach certain easements in and to the following described
6 real property located in the City of Newport Beach, Orange County,
7 California;

PARCEL "A"
9 An easement 22 feet in width across Lot 2 as shown upon
a Map of Tract No. 1117 recorded in Book 35 , page 48 of Mis-
10 cellaneous Mapa, Records of Orange County, California, the center
line of said 22 foot easement is described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of said Lot 2,
12 which point is 6.00 feet Southeasterly of the beginning of a curve
having a radius of 162.55 feet, said beginning of cure being at
13 the Easterly end of course with a bearing of South 67 Oil East and
a length of 90 feet; thence South 22 59' West along a line paralle
14 with the Northwesterly line of said Lot 2 to an intersection with
15 the Southerly line of said Lot 2.•
PARCEL "B"

An easement 19 feet in width in Lot 2 of said Tract No.
17 1117, the center line of said easement is described as follows!
18 Beginning at a point in the Northeasterly line of said
Lot 2, said point being the beginning of a curve having a radius of
19 460 feet, said beginning of curve being at the Southerly end of a
course with a bearing of Soutg 270 301 East and a length of 177.65

PARCEL "E"
An easement 15 feet in width in Lot 3, Section 25 Town-
ship 6 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M., the center line of said
easement is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of Lot 3 in said
Tract No. 1117, which is 191.27 feet East of the most Westerly corne
of Lot 3, in said Tract No. 1117, running thence South 670 Oil East
_parallel with the Northeasterly line of Lot 3 of said Tract NO-1117,
275.55 feet to an intersection with a line 56 feet West of and
parallel with the East line of Lot 3 of said Tract No. 1117.
PARCEL "F"
An easement 4 feet in width in Lot 3 of said Tract No.
1117, the center line of said easement is described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears North 00 441 30" West 400
feet and North 59 151 30" East 2 beet from the Southwest corner of
said Lot 3, running thence North 0 441 30" West along a line paral-
lel with the West line of said Lot3, to an intersection with the
South line of the herein Described Parcel "E".
PARCEL "G"
An easement 5 feet in width across Lot 3 of said Tract No.
1117, and Lot 3 in.said Section 25, Township 6 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B.&M., the center line of said easement is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northeasterly line of Lot 3,
of Tract No. 1117, which point is North 670 Oil West 31.17 feet fro.
the beginning og a curve having a radius of 400.65 feet, running
thence South 22 591 West along a line parallel with the Northwest-
erly line of said Lot 3 to an intersection with the Northeasterly
line of the herein described Parcel "E".
PARCEL "H"
An easement 10 feet in width in Lot 3 of said Tract No.
1117, the center line of said easement is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southwesterly line of the
herein described Parcel "C ", which point is 5 feet Southeasterly of
the most westerly corner of said Parcel "C ", running thence South
220 591 West along a line parallel with the Southwesterly prolonga-
tion of the center line of said Parcel "C" to an intersection with
the Sout# line of said Lot 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach accept said deed of easement to the real
property heretofore described, and that the City Clerk be, and he
is hereby instructed to record said deed of easement forthwith.

of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the
