A grant deed dated the 18th day of December, 1945, from
Jackson Turner, a married man, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a
Municipal Corporation of the Sixth Class, granting to the City
of Newport Beach, all that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:

was presented to theCity Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman Allen made a motion, duly seconded
by Councilman Isbell and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted
by said City of Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
