1 RESOLUTION NO.
• 2 WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
3 Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain deed of easement
4 vrherein the grantor, Balboa Coves, Inc., a corporation, grants to
5 the City of Newport Beach certain easements and property in and to
6 the following described real property located in the City of New-
7 port Beach, Orange County, California:
8 PARCEL 1.
9 An easement to excavate for, install and maintain, remove
and /or replace, pipes, valves, hydrants, meters, and other apourten-
10 antes for supplying and distributing a domestic water supply or for
giving fire protection, and sanitary sewer pipe lines, manholes end
11 other appurtenances for the purpose of conveying domestic or indus-
trial sewage and to use the same for such purposes, in and upon
12 Lots "A ", "B" and "C'" as said lots are shown upon a, map of Tract
No. 1011, recorded in Book 36, pages 37 to 40 inclusive of Miscel-
13 laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, and in and upon
a strip of land five (5) feet in width across lots 1 to 68 inclusive
14 of said Tract No. 1011, said five foot strip of land being parallel
with end adjacent to the lot lines between said lots 1 to 68 in-
15 clusive and said lots "A ", "B" and "C" in.d in and upon a strip of
land five feet in width.lying easterly of, parallel with and ad-
16 jacent to the westerly line "of lot 71 of said Tract No. 1011.
17 PARCEL 2.
18 The water distribution system and sanitary sewage disposal
system including all water pipe mains, valves, fire hydrants and
19 other appurtenances for supplying and distributing domestic water
eupily or for giving fire protection and including sanitary sewer
20 pipelines, manholes and other appurtenances for the purpose of con-
veying domestic and industrial sewage, and to use the same for such
21 purposes, now installed in and upon the easement as described in
Parcel 1 hereof.

An easement to excavate for, install and maintain, remove
24 and /or replace storm drains, pipes, valves, catch basins and other
appurtenances for the purpose of conveying storm water runoff and
26 to use same for such purposes, in.and upon the southerly thitty(30)
feet of Lot "A" adjacent to Lots 23, 24, 25 and 26 as said Lots "A ",
26 23, 24, 25 and 26 are shown upon said map of Tract No. 1011 and a.
strip of.land six (6) feet in width lying three (3) feet on each
27 saide of the lot line between said Lots 214 and 25.

PARCEL 14.
29 An easement to excavate for, install and maintain, remove
• and /or replace storm drains, pipes, valves, catch basins and other
30 appurtenances for the purpose of conveying storm water runoff and
to use same for such purposes, in and upon the southerly thirty (30)
31 feet of Lot "B" adjacent to Lots 58, 59, 60 and 61 as said Lots "B ",
59, 59, 60 and 61 are shown on said map of Tract No. 1011 and a
32 strip of land six (6) feet in width lying on each side of the lot
line between said Lots 59 and 60.

PARCEL 5.
The storm water drainage system including all pipes,
valves, catch basins and other appurtenances for the purpose of
conveying storm water runoff and to use same for such puroose�,
now installed in and upon the easements described in Parcels 3 and
4 hereof.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach accept said deed of easements and property
heretofore described,and that the City Clerk be,and he is hereby
instructed to record said deed of easements forthwith.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular adjourned meeting thereof field on the
15th ,day of July, 1946 by the following )-wit:

The storm water drainage system including all pipes,
valves, catch basins and other appurtenances for the purpose of
conveying storm water runoff and to use same for such puroose�,
now installed in and upon the easements described in Parcels 3 and
4 hereof.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach accept said deed of easements and property
heretofore described,and that the City Clerk be,and he is hereby
instructed to record said deed of easements forthwith.
