WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City Council of the
ty of Newport Beach. a certain Grant Deed from ALLEN R MITCHELL, to the City
Newport Beach, wherein said party grants to the City of Newport Beach, a
corporationg all that certain real property situated in the City of
Beach. County of Orange, State of California, described as follower
Lot One, Two. Three and Four in Block One Hundred Fourty- -four of
Canal Section, Newport beach, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 49
page 99 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Subject to delinquent tans and assesementse
