The City Attorney presented Resolution No. 3747, being a
resolution approving a supplemental gas tax agreement between the City of Res. No. 3747
Newport Beach and the State Division of Highways, and on motion of Council- Gas Tax agreement
man Isbell, seconded by Councilman Blue, Resolution No. 3747 was adopted by
the following roll -oall vote, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Greeley, Robertson, Isbell, Blue, Drake
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABBENT COUNCILMEN: None
