J 7q D A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICERS AND DESIG14ATING POLLING PLACES FOR THE WNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF MWPORT BEACH ON TUE SDAY= THE 11th DAY OF APRIL, 1950, AND PROVIDING FOR THe OPENInG AND CLOSING OF TIM POLLS AND THE COMPENSATION OF ELECTION OFFICERS. WHEREAS, it is necessary under the law for the City Caun- oil of the City of Newport Beach to appoint Boards of Election and to designate the palling places for the municipal election to be held in the City of Newport Beach on Tuesday, the 11th day of Apri 1950, and to fix the compensation to be paid to election officers; and WHEREAS, it is also necessary for the City Council of the City of Newport Beach to fix the hours for the opening and of the polls for the Municipal election to be held on the 11th of April, 1950- YOWj THEREFORE] BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, that the polling places and the election ol floors to not at eaoh polling place shall be as follows, to -wits PRECINCT #1: Polling Place: `W6- 39Ftih St- ncNewport Beach. =dTI09'.OFFTCERS3 Inspector: Mrs. Georgia VIlaon Judge: tars.
