WHOM. pursuant to Notice Inviting Bids for the furnishing and in-
stalling of a rater pipe line from Newport Boulevard to Reservoir. heretofore
only given, sealed proposals and bide thereof were duly received end, at the
time and place set for said purpose, duly opened and it opvearing that the
lowest regular and responsible bidder is A. 8. G. Construction Company; and
