WHEREAS, there Us been this day submitted to the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach a proposed agreement
between the City of Newport Beach and the Newport Harbor Chamber
of Commerce wherein mad whereby for and in consideration of the
agreements therein 000tsined it is proposed that the City of
Newport Beach appoint said Newport Harbor Chamber of Commereft
as advertising agent of the City of Newport Beach; and
WHXRWv the City of Newport Beach proposed to pay to
said Newport Harbor ChasiLer of Commerce for and in consideration
of the sortie #.therein agreed by said Newport Harbor Chamber
of Commerce to be performed, the sum of #1,200.00 per month; and
IMUS, It appears to be for the best interest mf the
City of Newport Beach that the City enter into said agreement,
NOWO THIREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of New_
Port Beach enter into said agreement and that the Mayor of the
City of Newport Beach and the City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach be,, and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute
in behalf of,the said City of Newport Beach, said agreement.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly passed
and adopted at a'regular wresting of the City Council held on
the 26th day Of dune, 1950s, by the following note, to wit:

the foregoing Resolution No. 3812 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
26th day of June , 1950, by the following
