WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of
the City of Newport se&dh that an action be brought to recover
from the drivers of said other automobiles the damages to the
police oar, said damages in each case vein; love thiw $100.00...

hereby, authorited and directed to file an action for the reooveu
Of the damages to the police oar involved in the above mentioned
accidents in the Small Claims Court in and for the Township of
Mewnort Beach, County of Orange, Utate of California and to pro-
secute the sane to conclusion.
