RESOLUTION NO. 3835
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has heretofore
caused to be constructed a corporation yard for the storage
and maintenance of City equipment; and,
WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary or advisable to
maintain the warehouse heretofore used at 2807 Newport Boulevard,
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of Calif-
ornia; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of
the City of Newport Beach that the warehouse building at said
above address, described as one 30 foot by 70 foot wooden frame
corrugated metal building be sold,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that it is for the
public interest and convenience that said above described build-
ing be sold, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is the intention of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach to cause said above
described building to be sold; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Monday, the 13th day of
November, 1950, at 7:30 P.M. of said day is hereby fixed as the
time for hearing any protests to said proposed sale and the
Council Chambers of the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach in the City Hall, Newport Beach, is hereby fixed as the
place of said hearing;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall
be published at least once in the I%Tp port- Balboa Press, a news-
paper of general circulation, printed and published in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, prior
to said hearing;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if this body decides to
proceed with the sale of said building after the hearing thereon

on November 13, 1950, the said building will be sold by public
bids which will be called for on November 13, 1950 to be returned
by November 27, 1950, at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, City Hall, Newport
Beach, California, which time and place is hereby set for the
taking of final action on said proposed sale.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regu-
larly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 30th
day of October, 1950, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Finch, Drake, Greeley, Blue, Isbell
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None

the foregoing Resolution Noy 3835 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 30th day of October 9 �9 501 by the following
vote, to wit:
