WHERW, the County of Orange, a Political subdivi-
lion of the State of California did, pursuant to a. resolution
of the Board or Supervisors of iald Orange County, dully and
regularly adopted on the 21st i3v., of December, 1926, execute
a. deed to the following desoribee1 property; and
WXCRW, said Deed has been pieaontetl to the City
of Newport Beach from said County of Orange, said deed being
dated Narah 29, 1927, said deed covering the following described
property:
All that certain ri�al property situated in the County
of 0raage, State of Gel if ornia, described as fol Iowa,
to -wit:-
Beginning at the intersection of the Mouth- westerly
prolongation of the center line of Irvine Avenue, r.a
said Irvine Avenue is laid out ana shown upon a Vap of
First Addition to Newport Weights, as recorded i.e. His -
osllaneous bleps Book, page 944 Records of orange County.
California, and a line, which line is 350 feet North-
easterly of and parallel with the Bulkhead line extend-
ing from United States Bulkhead Station No. 170, to
United States Bulkhead Statlan Bo. 175, as said Bulkhead
Line and Bulkhead stations are laid out and shown upon
a Mao of Newport Bay, California, showing harbor lines,

said deed;

oribed real property is accepted and approvea by the City of
Newport Beach.
The above and foregoing leaQ uti,on was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Citu 0ounall. of the
City of Newport Beach, hold on the 22nd day of January, 1951,
