RESOLOTION APPROV7NG AGWAsIk:NT :iXTTt OFs`ME COUNTY
FOR, INFROVEVENT OF BALBOA BOME` V D
WHEREAS. the City of Heart kteacch and the County of
Orange* have heretofore entered into an Agareement dated fteember
14, 1950# wherein the County agreed to perform certain work and
furnish certain materials for the improvement of Salboa Houlevar
between 61h and qth Streets, or such portion of said Improvement
as would exhaust the amount allocated by the County to the City
and by the City for the said Improvement; And
WHEREAS, it is deemed for the best interests of the
Citizens of Newport Reach the the County Complete said impro
'Without limitation as to the cost thereof; and
WHERBASt there has been presented to this fifty Council
a proposed agreement between the City and the County, the effect
of which is to amend that agreement of December 12, 1950 to pro -
vide that the County shall do the work. without limitation as to
cost;
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT IMOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said agreement be entered into
by the City with the County and that the Mayor and the City Cle
be, And they are hereby, authorized. and directed to execute said
Agreement in behalf of the City of e"rt Beach.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Nevoort Beach held on the lath day of �Pebruarjt 1951. by the tol.
lowing vote, to Wits
