'Al'.ZICIAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
has presented to the City Council of the City of Newt ort Beach a
certain map showing a portion of a certain alley which the City
of Newport Beaah proposed to vacate, slose up and abendon in
Tract 949; in the City of Nevport Beach, and which portion of
said alley is described as follows, to wit:
A portion of that alley as shown upon a map of Tract
9'�!, recorded in Miscellaneous gaps, Book 30, Pages 6
7, Records of Orange County, State of California
and more particularly described as follows;
Be�rinainc at the most southerly corner of Lot 15 of
said Tract No. 9 ; thence northwesterly along the
southwesterly line of said Lot 1 to the most westerly
line of said Lot 15; thence southerly along the
southerly prolongation of said most westerly line to
it intersection with the northwesterly prolongation
of the most southerly line of Lot 16 of said Tract
NO. 948; thence southeasterly along said northwesterly
prolongation to a corner of said Lot 16, r&ioh corner
is 61.91 feet northwesterly from the most southerly
corner of said Lot 16; thence northwesterly along the
southwesterly line of said Lot 16, to the point of
beginning.
NOWO THrREFORE, BE 17 RESOLVED$ that Said leap be, and
the same is hereby, approved and the City Clerk of the City of
Newport Beach is hereby ordered and directed to pile the same in
the proceedings for the abandonment of said portion of said alley,
and that said map be used in connection with the Resolution of
Intention this day passed in referenoe to the abandonment of said
portion of said alley.
The above and foregoing aesolution we-s duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport :teach, held on the .114th. day of may, 1951, by the follow
vote, to spit:

I, MARGERY SCHROUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 3880 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
14th day of May 1951, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Finch, Ramsey, Greeley, Blue Isbell
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
