RESOLUTION No. 34 01r
WHERTAS, the City of Newport Beach has heretofore
entered into a lease with Mrs. M. Robi Francisco covering eertala
premises on the Corona del Mar State Beach; and
WHEREAS, the said Mrs. M. Robi Francisco has assigned
her interest in and to said lease to Kenneth and Marie Dunn and
has asked the City of Newport :3each to consent to said assignment;
NOW9 TtTIWFORE, 3r IT RESOLVED that the City of Newport
Beach shall eoneent to said assignment and the Mayor and Clerk
are hereby authorised and directed to execute an Approval of
Assignment of said Lease, and they are hereby also directed to
deliver an executed copy of said approval of Assignment of Lease
to said Kenneth and Marie Bunn.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach held on the 23rd day of July, 1951 by the following
vote, to -wit:

of the.City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 3905 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
23 day of July 19 51 , by the following
