PORTION OF A STREET, DESIGNATED AS
THE OCW FRONT BE WEM TInNTI -M
STREET AND MC FADDEN PLACE IN THE
CITY OF NEWPORT UACH WHICH IS PRQ-
POSED TO B$ VACATED, CLOSED UP AMD
ABAKDONED.
WHERUS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
has presented to the City Council of the City of Nevp ort Beach a
certain map showing a portion of a certain street which the City
of Newport Beach proposes to vacate, close up and abandon on the
Ocean Front,.in the City of Newport Beach, and which portion of
said street is described as follows, to -wit:

laid out and shown upon a map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps,
Book 3, Page 27, Records of orange County, California, said angle
point being four (4) teat Northwesterly of the most Southerly
corner of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly along the Southeasterly
prolongation of the most Southwesterly line of said Lot T. to an
Intersection with a line ton (10) feet, measured at right angles,
Southwesterly of and parallel to the Southwesterly lines of Lots
6r5,4,3,2 and 1, of said Moak 20; thence Southwesterly along said
parallel line to an intersection with the Southwesterly prolongat-
ion of the Southeasterly line of said Lot 1; thence Northeasterly
along said prolongation to the most Southerly corner of said Lot
1; thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly lino of Lots 10,2,
3A,%6 and portion of Lot T. to the point of beginning.
NOWp TIME' SORE, BE IT RF.SOLVED that said Maps be, and the
same is hereby, approved and the City Clerk of the City of .
Newport Beach is hereby ordered and directed to file the same in
the proceedings for the abaMonment of said portion of said street,
and that said map be used in connection with the Resolution of
Intention this day passed in reference to the abandonment of said
portion pf said street.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the.13th flay of August, 1951, by the
following vote, to -wit: `L n/�
