WHEMOv Russell E. Craig has offered to sell property
hereinafter described to the City of Newport Beach for the stmt
of Five Thousand, Seven Hundred and Ninety (45,790.00) Dollarsy
and
WIMEAS, said offer has been accepted and the said
Russell E. Craig and the City of Newport Reach have entered into
an escrow for the transfer of title to said property; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of New-
port Beach a deed from Russell E. Craig to the City of Newport
Beach, being Hated August 27. 1951 and covering the following
described property situated in the City of Newport Beach. County
of orange, State of California, described ass
Lots 8 and 16, Moak B-32, Corona Del Karp as shown
as a No thereof recorded in Book 3, pages 41 sad 42,
Hiscellsnsous Nape, records of the said Orange County;
WMEAB. It appears to be for the best Interests of
the citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept and approve
said Deed.
HDW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED, that the said deed
hereinabove referred to and covering the said herelnabove des.-
Bribed real property is accepted and approved by the City of
Newport Beach.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach, held on the 27th day of August. 1981, by the
following vote, to wits

regularly adopted, passed,, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
