all encumbrance, that certain real property situate in the City

Adams and Pearl E. Adams, husband and wife, as joint tenants, for
the consideration herein set forth;
NO'S, THEREFORE, BE IT RE`OLVED, that the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be authorized, directed and
Instructed to execute said deed for and on behalf of the dity of
Newport Beach, and that the same be immediately recorded when tit14
shall be brought down on the property owned by John Q. Adams and
Pearl E. Adams, husband and wife, showing the same to be clear and
free of all encumbrances except taxes for the fiscal year 1.952-53,
not yet due or payable.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach Pt a regular meeting of the City Council held on
