RESOLUTION NO. 3953
WHEREAS, there has been this day presented to the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Lease betwe
the City and Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Sullivan; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach that said Agreement be
entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
enter into said Agreement on behalf of the City and to execute
the same.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 24th day of
March, 1952, by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Final Ramsey, Blue
and Isbell
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: Greeley

the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
