VHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of Newport
Beach a Grant Deed of Easement by James F. Cagney and Frances Cag-
ney, Husband and Wife, the same being; dated June 14, 1952, and
covering; the following described property situated in the City of
Ner,,port Beach, County of Orange, State of California, to -wit:
A strip of laan4, twenty (20) feet in width,
being ten (10) feet each side of and adjacent to
the following described center line:
Beginning at a point, aedd point being in the
Northeasterly line of and 121.34 feet distant
from the most 'Easterly eornor of the land grant-
ed to the City of Newport Bench, by Deed dated
February 14, 11)21, &.nd recorded in nook 1403,
Page 137, of Deeds, records of Orange County,
California; thence North 120 09' 20 Feat, to
an intersection with the Southerly line of the
West Ramp of the California State Highway, des-
cribed as second in the Deed recorded June 12,
1921, in Book 469, Page 67, of Official Records
of said Orange County.
WHIMEA3, it appears to be for the best interests of the
Citizens of the City of Newport ;Beach to aocept sales Grant Deed
of Easement;
NOol THERxMIS, Si:: 1T F3E "OLVED, that the sald Grant Deed
of Easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said here-
inabove described real property, is accepted and approved by the
City of Newport Beach and is hereby ordered recorded.
The above anti foregoing :Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, hold on the a3 l�A flay of , 19520 by the
