RESOLUTION NO. 4102
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach an agreement dated the 1st
day of July, 1953 by and between the State Personnel Board,
party of the first part, and the City of Newport Beach, a munic
corporation, as party of the second part; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
City of Newport Beach that said agreement be entered into between
said parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the
of Newport Beach and the City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach
be and they hereby are directed and authorized to execute on be-
half of the City of Newport Beach an agreement dated the 1st day
of July, 1953, by and between the State Personnel Board,
as party of the first part, and the City of Newport Beach, as
party of the second part, which said agreement provides for the
performing by the State Personnel Board of services incidental to
the preparation, construction and rating of examinations for
classification, all upon the terms, conditions and provisions as
in said agreement more particularly set forth;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a duly executed copy of
agreement be delivered to said State Personnel Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day of July,
1953, by the following vote, to -wit:

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 4102 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
13th day of July , 1953 $ by the following
vote, to wit:
