. 2 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of S:ewport
3. Beach a Grant ileed of Easement by Charles C. Adams and i,nnetto F.
4 Adams, husband and wife, the same .being dated duly 8s 1953) and
covering the following described property situated in the City

of Newport Beach, County of orange, ate of California, to wit:
7 A right of way or easement, 5 feet in width, over Lot
9. Tract No. 1257, as said 'Tract is laid out and
$ shown upon a map recorded in Miscellaneous T4aps,
Book 38, Page 25, Records of Orange i;ountys Cali -
9 fornia, for the purpose of erecting, laying and
constructing a pipe line or pipe lines to convey
10 sewage with the right of going in, over and under
the premises hereinafter described for the purpose
11 of repairing, maintaining, and replacing said pipe
lines in over and under that certain real property
12 being 23C feet on each side of the following de-
scribed center line, to wit:.
13 Beginning at a point in the northwesterly lot
line of Lot 9, of said Tract 12579 said point
14 being south 4O0 west and distant 125 -CO feet
from the most northerly corner of said Lot 9;
15 thence south 510 32' 24° east a distance of
16 71.4+ feet# thence south 260 51' 581, west a
distance of 15.40 feet to an intersection with
the southeasterly lot line of said Lot 9, said
17 point being south 400 west and distant 110.00
is I feet from the most easterly corner of said Lot 9.
