Beach a Grant Deed of Easement by Charles C. Adams and _Innette F.

Adams, husband and wife, the same being dated July 81 1953, and

covering the following described property situated in the City of

I , Y tinge, State of California, to wits
Newport beach Count of Or

A right of way or easementf 5 feet in width, over Lot 12,
7
Tract Po. 1257, as said Tract is laid out and shoLm upon a map
recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Boob 38, Page 25, Records of
8
Orange County, California, for the purpose of erecting, laying
and constructing a pipe line or pipe lines to convey sewage with
9
the right of going in, over and under the premises hereinafter
described for the purpose of repairing, maintaining,€nd replacing
10
said pipe lines in, over and under that certain real property
being 2.50 feet on each side of the following described center
11
line to wit:
12 Beginning at a point in the northwesterly lot
line of Lot 12 of said Tract ?o. 1257, said
13 point being south 400 west distant 78.20 feet
from the most northerly corner of said Lot 12;
14 thence south 450 Ill On east a distance of
47.12 feet; thence north 34° 25' 0411 east a
15 astance of 27.36 feet; thence soutli 860 24'
4711 east a distance of 31.75 feet to an inter -
16 section with the southeasterly lot line of
said Lot 12, said point being south 471 56' 4611
17 west and distant 9.49 feet from the most
easterly corner of said Lot 12.
