AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF WIT U,aM DEED
WHERS"s there has been presented to the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach a certain deed wherein and whereby the City
of Newport beach deeds to ROBERT C. BURT and ELEANOR B. BURT,
husband and wife$ all of its right, title and interest in and to
the real property described therein% being Lots 131, 14 and 15,
Tract 1257$ and
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is receiving by and
through other deeds a definitely located easement across said
property; and
WBEREASt it appears for tbs best interests of the citiseas
of the City of Newport Beach and of the above mentioned quit -
claimees that siad Quit Claim need be executed;
;SOW! THERWORE0 BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Cle
of the City of Newport Beac,i bey and they are herebyp directedq
instructed and authorized to execute said ;uIt Claim Deed in the
name of and on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
No. 4142 was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach at s regular meeting then"

The City of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation of the
sixth class, does hereby release, remise and forever quitclaim
unto RUBERT C. BURT and ELEANOR B. KURT, husband and wife, all
of its right, title and interest in and to the following descri
property situated in the County of Orange, State of Californiag
and more particularly described as follows:
A construction easement and right of way for the
construction of sanitary sewers and appurtenant
work in connection therewith in, under and over
that certain parcel of land In the City of Newport
Beach, County of Urange, State of 'California, de-
scribed as follows, to wit:
Lots 1311 14 and 159 as shown upon a map of Tract
No. 125%, recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 38,
Page 25, records of Orange County, California.
The purpose of this instrument is to transfer unto the quit-
claimees all of the interest of the quitclaimor acquired under
and by virtue of the Construction Easement granted to the quit.
claimor therein, as recorded on the 3rd day of September, 1952,
at Book 2378, Page 315, Official Records of orange County, Ca111-
forma.
