ACCVnNG GRANT DEED

1 WBBRUS, there has been presented to the city of Newpo:t
2 :leach a Grant Deed of Easement by Matt Didak and Jennie Aidaki
3 husband and wife, the same being datoO Nov.20, 1953, and covering
4 the following described property, situated in the Gity of Newport
5 .Beach, County of Orange, State of California, to wits
6 A right of way or easement 5.00 feet in width over Lot 10,
7 Block 12, Tract No. 27 as said Tract is laid out and shown upon
a map recorded in Miscellaneous Map Book 9, Page 26 Records of
Orange County California, for the purpose of erect, laying,

and construct a pipe line or pipe lines to convey sewage with
9 the right of going in, over and under the premises hereinafter
described for the purpose of.repairing maintaining and replacing
10 said lianea in, over and under that certain real property being
2.5C feet on each side of the following described center line to
11 wits
12 Beginning at a point in the northeasterly lot
line of Lot It. of said Block 129 said point
13 being north 5CO 100 CC" west and distant 77.50
feet from the most easterly corner of said
14 lot 10; thence in a straight line to an inter-
section with the southwesterly lot line of
15 Lot 10 said point of intersection being north
1 500 10t 00" west and distant 78.50 feet from
16 the most southerly corner of said Lot 1C.
