RESOLUTION NO. 4238 -1-7
WHEREAus on the 26th day of Aprils 1954, the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach did adopt Resolution NO. 4232, being
a resolution of intention to annex certain territory known as
"Cooper Annexe and giving notice thereof; and
WHEREAS, said resolution in setting the date for public
hearing did not provide sufficient time in accordance with the
Government Code;
NOW9 THEREFOREs BE IT RESOLVED9 that the City Council of
said City of Vewport Beach hereby rescinds the above mentioned
Resolution No, 4232.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and rogularly
passed and adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tdewport Beach held on the 30th day of
Aprils 1954, by the following roll call votes to exits

Newport Beach, California, do hereby certify that accord-
ing to the records of the City of Newport Beach filed and

4238 -A was duly and regularly adopted, passed, and
approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City
Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
