12 he minutes or records of any city board or commission ;.
13 NOW9 ThFAxEFORE, BE IT RLSOLVLD, that in accordance with
14 ection 34090 of the uovernment Code of the State of California,
IbLnd with the consent of the City Attorney hereto attached and made
18 part hereof, the City hanager of the City of Newport Deach is
17 ereby authorized to destroy by burning the following obsolete
18 ecords of the City of Newport Beach%
lg Payroll work sheets for 1948 and 1949
Receipts,bonds and coupons of closed 1911 Act issues
20 Deuiands for 1945 to 1949, inclusive
21 Personal Property tax recei,t s for 1948 and 1949.
22 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing resolution
23,as dull and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
