SECTION 1. That the consent of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Orange is hereby requested for the making of the
improvements.described in the said Resolution on of Intention and to
the assumption of Jurisdiction by this City Council for all pur-
poses in connection with the formation of the assessment district
and the making• ,of said improvement, and the Clerk of this Council
ia'here by directed to transmit a certified copy of this pesalutior
and of the . attached proposed Resolution of Intention to the Clerk
of the Board of Sitpervisors of the County of Orange$ California*
