AREAS IT APPEARS DE;IRL:ABLE TO RECEIVE BIDS FROM N&4SPAPERS IN
S COMMUNITY TO BE DESIGNATED AS THE LEGAL NEWSPAPER OF THE CITY
NEWPORT BEACH FOR THE iURPOSE OF LEGAL FUDLICATIONS FOR THE
,CAL YEAR COMMENCEING JULY 1, 1955, AND ENDING JUNE, 30, 1956.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that sekl ed propos is or bids
8 be received by the City Council of Newport Beach at or before the
7 our of 7:30 o'clock P.M. on Ju% �, 1955, for the publication
8 and printing of all legal notice //s required to be published in a

newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the
10 Ay of Newport Beach for the fiscal year, beginning July 1, 1955,
11 and ending June 30, 1956,
12 Bids shall be submitted for eight (8) point type publications.
13 All bids shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes marked "Bids
14 .o publication of legal notices" and addressed to the City Council
lb P'Newport Beach, City Hall, Newport Beach., California, and
18 FURTHER RESOLVE, that notice thereof be given by publication

19 The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
