Resolution No. 4380 was presented, being a Resolution authorizing
any two of the following persons to make withdrawals fvom the active
account of the City at the Mariners Bank: Margery Schrouder and /or John
J. Sailors and /or Gordon L. Sickler. The said Resolution was adopted
on motion of Councilman Bennett, seconded by Councilman Ridderhof and
carried by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Bennett, Wilder, MacKay, Higbie, Ridderhof,
Hill
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: Stoddard
