RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLV$ AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain consent to conveyance of a
sanitary sewer easemont to the City of Newport Bench, Californi
executed by Robert S. Cook, Dorothy Cook , is
hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
instructed to certify to this Resolution, to attach the same to
said instrument and record the same in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 1955.
