i M0 the City of Newport Beach passed a resolution,
No. 4385, declaring its intention to call a special election to
be held on December 6, 1955 in a certain inhabited territory
known as the Seaquist Annex; and
WRFAS, the petition requesting said election
,q"ed certain necessary requirements as outlined by the
Annexation Act of 1913, and
WHEREAS, the proponents of said annexation have
circulated a oorrected petition setting forth the requirements
of the Annexation Act of 1913;
NOW, THFaHFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that Resolution No. 4385 be, and
it is hereby rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution No. 113P.9 was
duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, at a regular meeting thereof, held
on the 26th day of September, 1955.

Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City
Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
