RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain consent to conveyance of a
sanitary sewer easement to the City of Newport Beach, California
executed by Earl W. Stanley and Mildred Stanley, is hereby
accepted.
SECTION 2. That that certain consent to conveyance of a
sanitary sewer easement to the City of Newport Beach, California
executed by Minor W. Heath and Mona Marie Heath, is hereby
accepted.
SECTION 3. That that certain consent to conveyance of a
sanitary sewer easement to the City of Newport Beach, California
executed by Newport - Balboa Savings and Loan Association, is
hereby accepted.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
instructed to certify to this Resolution, to attach the same to
said instrument and record the same in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1955•
