WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach must pass on the
Isamu,; of Transfers of Pier Permits within the City of Newport
Beach; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Newport Beach
is of the opinion that the issuing of such transfers could be
more readily handled by the City Engineer of the City of rewport
Beach,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
-W tbr G&W Coumeft of the City of Eewport Beach does hereby
the City Engineer to pass on the issuing of Transfers of Pier
Pewits within the City of Newport Beach.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 14th
day of November, 1955, by the following vote, to wit:
