The City Council of the City.of Newport Beach California, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That that certain conveyance of a sanitary easement
to the City of Newport Beach, California executed by the Irvine Company,
is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That that certain consent to conveyance of a sanitary
sewer easement to the City of Newport Beach, C lifornia� executed
by Warren E. Howland and Eva C. Howland is hereby accepted.
Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
instructed to certify to this Resolution, to attach the same to said
instrument and record the same in the office of the County Recorder
of Orange County, California.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February, 1956.
