REsoLOTiON No. 4448
WHEREAS, it appeal desirable to change the class
grade of the position of the Parks, Beaches & Recreation Director
from class grade 18 to class grade 20, third step, in the classi-
fication plan covering employees in the city service of the
City of Newport Beach;
NOW, THER.EP'ORE, BE IT REWLVED that the position of
Parks, Beaches & Recreation Director be and it is hereby up-
graded from class grade 18 to class grade 20, third step] and
BE IT FURTUR RESOLVED, that said upgrading shall become
effective March 1, 1956.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City 'ounc12 of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 27th
day of February, 1956, by the following roll tail vote, to wits

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the
records of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained
in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 4448 was duly
and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, California, at a
regular meeting of said City Council held at the regular
meeting place thereof, on the 2 7th day of February
