RESOLUTION NO. 4473
WHEREAS, pursuant to the bids received for the con-
struction of television antenna system for the city's municipal
trailer park, and it appearing that the bid of the Hotel Radio-
Television, Inc. is the most acceptable bid; and
WHEREAS, there has been duly presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain agreement dated
the 26th day of March, 1956, by and between Hotel Radio - Televisi
Inc., a corporation and the City of Newport Beach providing for
the installation of said television antenna system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said bid of said
Hotel Radio - Television, Inc., a corporation for the installation
of a Frawley TV- antenna system, amplifier and a direct burial
antenna distribution system to 59 trailer site outlets for the
sum of $4,045.89 be accepted, and the same is hereby awarded to
Hotel Radio - Television, Inc.; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement in the name of and for and on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk furnish a duly executed
copy thereof to said Hotel Radio - Television, Inc.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 26th day
of March, 1956, by the following vote, to wit:

Higbie, Ridderhof, Hill
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: Wilder
