THIS PERMIT granted this day of � �, 19560
by the ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate and
politic. hereinafter designated as DISTRICT to the ulrf CIF NXNPORT
BPACR, a municipal corporation hereinafter designated as PERMITTER,
WROTE SSETH :
WHEREAS, PESMITTEE has made application for a Permit to DISTRICT
to construct a bridge over DISTRICT °S Sant Costa Mesa -17th Street
Channel, and
WHEREAS, there is on file in the office of DISTRICT a drawing
designated as No.42 -701 -1 showing the DISTRICT'S channel and the
bridge location.
NOW, THEREFORE, DISTRICT heraby grants to PERMTTEE permission
to construct and maintain a bridge over DISTRICT'S East Costa Hesa -17th
Street Channel..
THIS PERMT is subject to the following terms, covenants, condi-
tions and agreements to be [kept, performed and observed by the
PERMITTZE:
1. That the location and construction of the Bridge shall be
performed in accordance with the drawing therefor, No. G2- 701 -1, on file
in the office of DISTRICT.
2. That the PERMITTEE shell assume all liability in connection
with the construction, maintenance and use of the bridge,
IN WITNESS HAMOF, DISTRICT has caused this Permit to be
executed by the Chairman of its hoard of Supervisors and attested by the
Clerk of said Sward of Supervisors the day and year first above written:.
