heretofore been instructed by the City Council to draft an
t to that certain aunt dated February 20, 1956
by and between the City of Newport Beach and The Griffith
ConpwW to allow the Griffith ComparW an extension of time
until July 15, 1956 to conviete the improveasents as set forth
in said agreement'of February 20, 1956E and
WAS, the City Council further authorized the City
Attorney to set forth in said aunt a waiver of all
penalties due, to and including July 15, 1956s, as set forth in
the first paragraph of paragraph (e) of section 6_of the
specifications which are a part of said agreement of February f
1956;
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Aunt to ant on behalf of the City.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beac�h� at a regular meeting thereof held on the
