EXHIBIT "A"
Beginning at a point in the southeasterly line of Block 51
as shown upon a map of Irvine's Subdivision recorded in Miscel-
laneous Record Map Book 1, page 88, Official Records of Orange
County, California, distant thereon 377.65 feet southwesterly
from the most easterly corner of the south one - quarter of said
Block 51, which point is also a point in the boundary line of
the City of Newport Beach as same existed on October 15, 1957;
thence south 50009'25" east on a line parallel to the northeast-
erly line of said south one - quarter of Block 51 a distance of
670.41 feet to a point in the center line of Jamboree Road, 100'
in width; thence south 82034'42" east a distance of 50.00 feet
to a point in the southeasterly Right of Way line of said Jamboree
Road thence southerly along said southeasterly Right of Way line
and along a curve concave to the west having a radius of 1,250
feet tangent to a line bearing south 07025'18" west at said last
mentioned point, through a central angle of 16014'53" a distance
measured along the arc of said curve of 354.47 feet; thence south
23040'11" west along said southeasterly Right of Way line a
distance of 4,511.14 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve,
concave to the northwest and having a radius of 1,250 feet;
thence southerly along said curve and along said southeasterly
Right of Way line through a central angle of 26034'54" an arc
distance of 579.92 feet; thence south 50015'08" west along said
southeasterly Right of Way line a distance of 266.23 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the southeast having a
radius of 1,150 feet; thence southerly along said southeasterly
Right of Way line and along said curve through a central angle
of 23050'33" an arc distance of 478.55 feet; thence southwesterly
along said southeasterly Right of Way line south 26024'35" west
to the point of intersection with a line that is parallel to,
and distant 1,320 feet measured at right angles, from the south-
westerly line of Block 56 of said Irvine's Subdivision; thence

intersection with the westerly line of MacArthur Blvd., 100 feet

said westerly line of MacArthur Blvd. to the point of intersection
with the northeasterly prolongation of the southeasterly line of
said Block 51, which point is also in the boundary of the proposed
Acacia Street Annex to said City of Newport Beach; thence south-
westerly along said northeasterly prolongation and said south-
easterly line of Block 51 to the most easterly corner of the
south one - quarter of Block 51, which course is also a course in
the boundary of said Acacia Street Annex; thence continuing south-
westerly along said southeasterly line of Block 51 and said
boundary line of the City of Newport Beach to the point of be-
ginning.
