A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Ralph C. Tolin, Leona M. Tolin, John F. Vogel,
Evans G. Parker and Nadyne R, Parker have executed a grant deed
to the City of Newport Beach dated August 5, 1958, conveying an
easement for street and utility purposes, 60.00 feet in width,
over that portion of Lot 27, Newport Heights, as shown on a map
thereof, recorded in Book 4, page 83 of Miscellaneous Maps, reco
of Orange County,.California, lying Southeasterly of Tract No.
1880, as shown on a Map thereof, recorded in Book 55, page 41 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, the
center line of said easement being described as follows:
and
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of
LaPerle Place with the Southeasterly line of Lot "A" of
said Tract No. 1880; thence Southeasterly along a curve,
tangent to said center line of La Perle Place, concave
Northeasterly, having a radius of 169.96 feet, through
an angle of 22° 291 06 ", a distance of 66.70 feet to the
beginning of a -curve concave Southwesterly, having a
radius of 169.96 feet; thence Southeasterly along said
curve, through an angle of 22° 291 06", a distance of
66.70 feet to a point in the Southeasterly line of said
Lot 27, 132.20 feet Southwesterly of the most Easterly
corner thereof;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant of easement for such purposes;
N01.4, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Newport Beach that said grant deed be accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach hereby consents.to its being recorded.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 23rd day of
March, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:

the foregoing Resolution No. 4944 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 23d day of March 9 19 59 by the following
