• 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR
• 3 PUBLIC UTILITIES

5 WHEREAS, Pacific Estates, Inc., a California corporation,
6 H. A. Mathisen and Elizabeth R. Mathisen, Charles S. Garrick and
7 Mary H. Garrick, Chester F. Salisbury and Aileen J. Salisbury, and
8 Frank C. Robinson and Genevieve B. Robinson have executed an easemen
9 for public utilities granting to the City of Newport Beach an ease -
10 ment over a private road easement for right of ingress and egress to
11 construct, operate and maintain a sewer pumping plant, sewer mains,
12 water mains and appurtenances over the real property in the City of
13 Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as

Beginning at the most easterly corner of Lot 1 of Tract
1723 as shown upon a map recorded in Miscellaneous Map

Book 50, Page 31, records of Orange County, California,
thence southwesterly along the southeasterly boundary of

said tract, which line is also the southeasterly line
of said Lot 1 a distance of 15.00 feet to a point; thence

9 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept said
10 easement for public utilities for such purposes;
1111 NMI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
12' the City of Newport Beach that said easement for public utilities
13, accepted and that the City Council hereby consents to its being
1411 recorded.
15 This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
16 City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 11th day of May,
17 19593 by the following vote, to wit:
