RESOLUTION NO. 50 ?'-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR
PUBLIC UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Pacific Estates, Inc., a California corporAtion,1
and Donald Holbrook, Trustee, 2nd Holbrook Trust K Fund, have
executed an easement for public utilities granting to the City of
Newport Beach an easement over a private road easement for right
of ingress and egress to construct, operate and maintain a sewer
pumping plant, sewer mains, water mains and appurtenances over the
real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of Lot 1 of Tract
1723 as shown upon a map recorded in Miscellaneous Map
Book 50, Page 31, records of Orange County, California,
thence southwesterly along the southeasterly boundary of
said tract, which line is also the southeasterly line
of said Lot 1 a distance of 15.00 feet to a point; thence
North 54° 021 West a distance of 37.64 feet to a point;
thence southwesterly along a tangent curve concave to the
southeast and having a radius of 10.00 feet through a
central angle of 920 301 04" an arc distance of 16.14 feet
to a point of reverse curve; thence southwesterly and
northerly along a tangent curve concave to the northeast
and having a radius of 20,00 feet through a central angle
of 1480 251 28" an arc distance of 51.81 feet to a point
of compound curve; thence northeasterly along a tangent
curve concave to the southeast and havingg a radius of
140.50 feet through a central angle of 24° 031 23" an are
distance of 91.14 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence
northeasterly along a tangent curve concave to the north-
west and having a radius of 25.00 feet through a central
angle of 390 001 44" an are distance of 17;02 feet to a
point of reverse curve; thence northerly, easterly and
southwesterly along a tangent curve concave to the south-
west and havingg a radius of 25.00 feet through a central
angle of 2780 x+31 58" an arc distance of 121.62 feet to
a point of reverse curve; thence southwesterly along a
tangent curve concave to the southeast and having a radius
of 13.00 feet through a central angle of 60° 261 18" an
are distance of 13.71 feet to a point of compound'curve;
thence southwesterly along a tangent curve concave to the
southeast and having a radius of 120.50 feet through a
central angle of 80 511 32" an arc distance of 18.63 feet
to a point of compound curve; thence southwesterly and
southeasterly along a tangent curve concave to the north-
east and having a radius of 10.00 feet through a central
angle of 920 30t 04" an arc distance of 16.14 feet to a
point; thence South 54° 021 West a distance of 59.67 feet
to a point; thence southwesterly on a curve concave to the
southeast having a radius of 413.90 feet through a central

point of compound curve; thence southwesterly and south-
easterly along a tangent curve concave to the northeast
and having a radius of 6.00 feet through a central angle
of 920 581 an are distance of 9.73 feet to a point; thence
South..540 021 West a distance of 3.84 feet to a point in
the said southeasterly boundary line of said Tract No.
1723; thence southwesterly along said boundary line a
distance of 8 feet to the point of beginning;
and
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept s
easement for public utilities for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said easement for public utilities
be accepted and that the City Council hereby consents to its being
recorded.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 25th day of May,
1959, by the following vote, to wit:

of the City of Newport Beach filed and ivaintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5021 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 25th day of May , 1959, by the following
vote, to wit:
