RESOLUTION NO. 5044
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREM7,NT WITH IRA N. FRISBEE & CO. FOR AUDITING
SERVICES.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the City of
Newport Beach and Ira N. Frisbee & Co, for auditing services for
the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1959, and ending June 30, 1960;
and
?:WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found said terms and conditions
to be reasonable and equitable;
NOUW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement in the name of and for and on behalf of the
City of Newport Beach.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 22nd day of
June, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson,
Higbie, Stoddard, Hart, Lorenz, Somers
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None

I, MARGERY SCHROUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution Noy 5044 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 22d day of June , 19 599 by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson, Higbie, Stoddard,
Hart, Lorenz, Savers
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
