BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach:
Section 1: The City Council hereby finds and deter-
mines that the public interest and necessity -require the con-
struction and completion by the City of Newport Beach of a. public
improvement, to wit, a public street.
Section 2: The City Council hereby further finds and
determines that the acquisition of each of the following describe
parcels of real property situate in the City of Newrport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, to wit:

Lots

and

Bloc.

Lots

and

Block

and

as shown upon a map of Tract No. 772, recorded
in Book 23, pages 5 and 6, 'iKiscellaneous Paps,
records of Orange County, California,
is necessary for the construction and completion of said public
improvement, and that the taking of each of said parcels of real
property in fee simple estate is necessary therefor.
Section 3: The City Attorney of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby authorized, empowered and directed:
(1) To cormnence an action or actions in
eminent domain in the S�sperior Court of the State

in the name of the City of Newport Beach, to acquire
a fee side estate in said property.
(2) To incur in the name of and on behalf of
the City o� Newport Beach all obligations and ex=penses
necessary to acquire the above - mentioned real property.
This resolution was adopted by at least a two- thirds
vote of the City Council of the City of WeTj,7gport Beach at a regular
meeting on the 14th day of December, 1959, by the following vote,
to wit:

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution Noe 5135 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
