1 RESOLUTION NO. 5192
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AWARDING THE CONCESSION AND
3 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE
OPERATION OF SAID CONCESSION AT CORONA DEL MAR
4 STATE AND CITY BEACH PARK

6 WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore called for
7 proposals for the operation of a food, beverage and beach equipment
8 rental concession at Corona del Mar State and City Beach Park; and
9 WHEREAS, a number of proposals have been submitted to the
10 City in accordance therewith; and
11 WHEREAS, said proposals have been submitted to a commit-
12� tee appointed by the City Council for evaluation; and
13 WHEREAS, said committee has made certain findings and
14 submitted them to the City Council;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
16 1. The City Council hereby awards the food, beverage
17 and beach equipment rental concession at Corona del Mar State and
18 City Beach Park to Donald W. Tosh and Ian M. Tosh, doing business
19 as Tosh Bros.
20 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
2111 directed to execute the concession agreement on the Corona del Mar
22 State and City Beach Park between the City and Donald W. Tosh and
23 Ian M. Tosh, doing business as Tosh Bros., in the form heretofore
24 approved by the City Council.
