2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
N5JPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
3 CONTRACT WITH THE MINSEND COMPANY, IDENTI -KIT
DIVISION

5 MIMEAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement with the Townsend
7 Company, Identi -Kit Division, for the leasing of an Identi -Ydt,
8 identified by Serial No. 4 -59, for use by the Newport Beach Police
9 Department in conjunction with the City of Costa Mesa; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
11 conditions of said lease agreement and found them to be reasonable
12 and equitable;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
14 Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
15 on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.

regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
