RESOLUTION NO. 5266
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED
WHEREAS, a quitclaim deed has been executed on June 22,
1960, and delivered to the City of Newport Beach by Johan R. Turner
quitclaiming to the City certain real property in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot 28, Block 5, as shown upon a map of Tract
No. 772, recorded in Book 23, pages 5 and 6,
Miscellaneous Maps,'records of Orange County,
California,

. WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept said
quitclaim deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach that said quitclaim deed be accepted and the
City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach a
certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
quitclaim deed in the County Recorder's office.
ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1960.
