2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT -OF EASEMENT

4 WHEREAS, R. W. Roll Enterprise, Inc., has executed a
5 grant of easement to the City of Newport Beach conveying an ease -
6 ment for street and highway purposes over the following described
7 property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
8 State of California, to wits
9 All that certain land situated within Lot 104 of Tract
No. 300 as shown on a Record of Survey-Map recorded in
10 Book 48, page 3 of Record of Surveys,of Orange County,
California, the boundary of which is more particularly
11 described as follows:
12; Be inning at a point on the Southwesterly line of Lot
104 South 500 111 45" East, 232.50 feet from the most
13 Westerly corner thereof as shown on the above mentioned
Record of Survey; thence North 39° 471 45" East, 118.38
14 feet; thence North 10 061 00" East, 136.89 feet; thence
North 40 44' 0011 West, 42.75 feet; thence North 150 101
15 00" West, 36.33.feet; thence North 500 111 45" West
57.19 feet; thence North 39° 471 45" East, 30.00 feet;
16 thence South 500 111 45" East, 66.66-feet; thence South
150 101 00" East, 48.53-feet; thence South 40 44:
17 East, 47.03 feet; thence South 1° 064 00" West, 136.15
feet; thence South 39° 471 45" West 138.90 feet to the
18 Southwesterly line of Lot 104; .thence North 500 111
45" West, 22.00 feet along the Southwesterly line of
19 Lot 104 to the point of beginning;
20 and
21 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
22 said grant of easement for such purposes;
23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
24 the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
25 and the -City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and at-
261 tach a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of
21 said grant of easement in the County Recorderls office.

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5293 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 8th day of August 1960 by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN; Kingsley, Atkinson, Cook, Stoddard,
Hart, Lorenz, Somers
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
